Service Desk Analyst 3 month Contract
We are looking for a Windows 10 experienced Service Desk Analyst intermediate to assist on a 3 month contract.
The contract will run between the 15th of April and 12th of July to support the upgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 10.
What you will do
- Answering calls about Windows 10 issues
- Troubleshooting/triaging these Level 1 issues to try and resolve at first point
- Further follow up work as required by escalation team or individual.
- Logging tickets in customer portal and escalate issues as required.
- Help internal users transition from Windows 8 to Windows 10.
- Strong work ethic, and professionalism demonstrated at all times.
- Can lead by example by setting a high-quality benchmark for others to follow.
- Consistent achievement of a “Good” quality rating against our Quality standards
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Customer service focus when answering phones, logging tickets and responding to emails (as required).
