Customer Experience Analyst
We are working with a leading organisation in search of an experienced Customer Experience Analyst.
To be considered for this role we are looking for someone who is familiar with reporting and analysis (SQL/SAS). You will be working with key people being able to identify and track Customer Service initiatives.
You will have at least 5+ years experience working in the Digital, Project Reporting and Analytics space.
You should have a great understanding of agile/scrum and SDLC and be able to communicate at all levels and build strong lasting relationships.
